Excellent service! I love how fast they are in doing their jobs! From answering every nitty gritty questions that I asked to managing my order, they are doing it very well. For every questions that I asked, they respond in less than three hours which make it very convenient :) And the packaging is also very nice. The bubble wrap keeps my album secure. Although there's a slight dent on my album that I received (not-that-noticeable-though), I think maybe thats because of how the courier service handle it. Overall, I give Valoa Records 4.5 out of 5 stars! And for sure, I'll be shopping my next album here too |

So far I have made 14 purchases (JYJ) from VR and all items received in
good condition. The services are excellent and super fast from shipping, packaging, price are much cheaper, got discount coupon also and I also received quick responses from VR about my order. The best thing about VR for me are, VR received preorder and is a trustworthy (one time my order are sold out and I have already made payment and VR return to me the payment back to me really fast). This is my FIRST time ordering from Valoa. I'm very excited to receive
my (bae's) albums so here is the whole experience. - SHIPPING - Since I had a preorder item (You Think), it started shipping at 26 Aug (release date) and I got it yesterday, 3 Sep! Excluding Merdeka and weekends, it only took 6 working days! I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SHIPPING! They will inform you once they sent in the order, and once they packed and shipped your order! Tracking number will be given and expect it to come real soon! They shipped it on 2 Sept and I got it the next day! INDEED FAST SHIPPING. - PACKAGING - I AM VERY GLAD that the parcels are stated as \"Fragile\" (My poster tube and my parcel box). Poster tube: They wrap the ends of the poster (rolled) with bubble wraps! :D Posters are in PERFECT condition. Box: It's a sturdy box! Opened it up and all my 8 albums were all stacked together in the middle. And around them was THICK BUBBLE WRAPS! Albums are very safe :D - PROBLEMS - Just a minor one but it is indeed NOT VALOA'S FAULT. I'm am very particular with my albums condition. It has to be PERFECT. (Don't like it when the corners are SLIGHTLY bent. I even open the photobooks carefully and make sure there won't be that ugly line at the side) There are a few small problems. - A small part of my Lion Heart poster was a biiiitt decolourised. PRINTING PROBLEM. - One corner of one book of my Just Right album was bent a bit. - There is glue thingy (hardly visible but you can feel it) sticking on the hard cover of my Just Right album. ALBUM PACKAGING PROBLEM. These small problems are made during the manufacturing as these albums are tightly wrapped with plastic. - WOULD I SHOP WITH VALOA AGAIN? - ABSOLUTELY! They reply your emails fast, they are super fast (like flash) in shipping, they make sure your items are in the best conditions, and it is CHEAPER compared to other places! Probably the cheapest place to buy kpop albums and stuff! (I swear) Shipping is free for peninsular Malaysia!
