Payment/Shipping

Payment

  • Prices listed are all inclusive (shipping, packing etc.) for Peninsular Malaysia, if total payment above RM 60.00 in a single order. Minimum RM 7.00 will be charge to your order if total payment below RM 60.00 in a single order.
  • Additional shipping cost needed for shipping to Sarawak and Sabah. This shipping cost is depends on your item/order's weight. Kindly refer to Additional Shipping Cost to Sarawak and Sabah table below for more information:
  • For Preorder items, customers can choose to pay in full payment or 50% deposit upon order confirmation. Payment details and other information will be stated in confirmation email.
  • For Ready Stock items, customers need to pay in full payment. Payment details and other information will be stated in confirmation email.
  • Rolled poster in tube will be shipped in long sturdy carton box together with ordered items, with additional shipping cost of RM 11.00 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM 14.00 for Sarawak and RM 16.00 for Sabah. Otherwise, poster will be folded and shipped with order without any additional cost.
  • Payment can be made to our MAYBANK or CIMB bank account through Online Banking, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), ATM Giro, Manual Deposit or Interbank Transfer via Online Banking/ATM. Read Payment Guide below.
  • Customers MUST ATTACH or COPY-AND-PASTE the TRANSACTION PROOF/RECEIPT to our EMAIL ONLY for verification purposes. Transaction proof/receipt sent to our Facebook Inbox, GoogleTalk, SMS or MMS are not valid and payment will not be confirmed until transaction proof is sent to our EMAIL. Notifications email / SMS from banks for online banking IS NOT ACCEPTABLE as transaction proof due to lack of information for payment confirmation.
  • Order No. will be issued to customers after payment confirmed by us. Any inquiries for order status or updates, kindly provide us your Order No. and we will get back to you with latest updates as soon as possible.

Payment Guide
  1. Online Banking
    This is the best and preferable paying method. Payment can be made by fund transfers through Maybank2U.com and CIMB Clicks Online Banking systems. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly copy-and-paste or take picture and attach the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made. Notifications email from banks for online banking IS NOT ACCEPTABLE as transaction proof due to lack of information for payment confirmation.
  2. Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)  
    This is an option paying method. Customers can visit to any Maybank or CIMB branches throughout Malaysia and bank-in the payment using CDM to our bank accounts. CDM does not accept RM 1.00 and RM 5.00 cash. We recommend method 1, 3 or 4 for any amount of payment that need to pay using RM 1.00 or RM 5.00 cash. Kindly take picture and attach the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made.
  3. ATM Giro
    This is an option paying method. Customers can visit to any Maybank or CIMB branches throughout Malaysia and transfer the payment by ATM card using ATM machine to our bank accounts. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly take picture and attach the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made.
  4. Interbank Transfer via ATM and Online Banking
    This is an option paying method. If customers do not have Maybank or CIMB bank account, kindly visit to any Maybank or CIMB branches throughout Malaysia and transfer the payment by your bank's ATM card using ATM machine to our bank accounts. Customers can also make interbank transfer through any banks' online banking systems to our Maybank or CIMB bank account. Any amount of payment can be made by this method. Kindly take picture and attach the transaction proof to our email for payment verification after payment made. Please be noted that payment by method 4 can takes up to 1-2 transaction days to complete.



Packing
  • CDs, DVDs, Photobooks etc. will be packed in bubble wrapper and sturdy carton boxes before shipping. Sturdy carton boxes are used to prevent minimum damages to the items during shipping.
  • Large items (depend on sizes and weight) will be packed in mutiple layers of bubble wraps before shipping.
  • Buyers can choose to ship poster in Folded or Rolled method in Order Form, or Exclude (no poster) for their order.
  • Rolled Poster will be rolled in tube and packed together with ordered items in a long sturdy carton box before shipping.
  • Folded Poster will be folded and packed together with ordered items.
  • **Kindly choose Rolled poster in Order Form if the poster will be framed/hanged to the wall, or for other display purposes.**
  • Rolled poster in tube may be shipped separately depends on ordered items' sizes.






Shipping
  • Free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia if total payment above RM 60.00 in a single order. 
  • Additional shipping cost needed for shipping to Sarawak and Sabah. This shipping cost is depends on your order's weight. Kindly refer to Additional Shipping Cost to Sarawak and Sabah table for more information. 
  • All items (included poster-in-tube) will be shipped using Poslaju service provided by Pos Malaysia.
  • Poster-in-tube may be shipped separately from other items.
  • Poslaju normally takes 1-3 working days to make delivery to your doorstep.
  • Tracking number for Poslaju will be updated to customers by email after item(s) are shipped. Track your Poslaju parcel here.
  • We shall not responsible for any losses or damages caused during shipping.



Return Policy
  • All sold items cannot be returned to us.
  • For defective items, kindly contact us within 7 working days after we shipped your items.
  • Defective items must be returned to us as soon as possible at buyers' cost.
  • We will replace the defective items and ship back to buyers for free (for first time only). We will test and examine the replacement items before we ship back to buyers.
  • Defective items refer to any CD, DVD, photobook etc. that is damaged, imperfect or non-functional caused by manufacturing defect.
